The Residenza is located on a hill, about 3 km from Cernobbio and 8 km from Como. The parking is private and free of charge. We had the standard apartment and it had everything you need, the bed was comfortable.

Since the apartment was on the first floor, the windows are very high up in the walls, which makes it quite difficult to open and ventilate, as well as little light coming in. The drive from Residenza to Como takes 20-30 minutes because there is always traffic jams, especially in the mornings and evenings.

C'est un hébergement de qualité qui permet une certaine indépendance. Il est bien situé dans un endroit calme, à la fois paisible et charmant. Le studio est confortable et bien équipé.

Clean apartment, good location, very quiet and peaceful place, comfortable beds, with air conditioning and WI FI. Monica was very kind and responsive. Excellent place! I recommend!
