L'établissement est à taille humaine et le personnel est très attentif et souriant.

L'hôtel n'est pas bien entretenu. La plage est seulement un amat de cailloux. Sur le bord de la piscine un panneau avec "no swimmer, c'est très étrange !

A beautiful property. The private pool villas are exceptional, incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and with outstanding beds. The infinity pools with swim-up bar are stunning. The restaurant is pleasant with a good breakfast and decent lunch options. Most staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Prices are on the high side, bordering on too expensive for what's included. Breakfast service could be better organised; capacity is sometimes insufficient and the execution feels sloppy. One older male staff member came across as noticeably moody on several occasions. The biggest issue by far is the smoking policy: smoking is permitted throughout the resort, and with the constant sea breeze, guests in the pool and lounging areas are regularly hit by drifting smoke. A terrace near the waterfront was frequently used for smoking, even during lunch, which was genuinely unpleasant. The on-site activity desk (run by a woman named Cee) was a disappointment: her English is quite limited and her initial prices were significantly inflated. When we showed cheaper alternatives, she quickly dropped her price, which left a sour taste.

Servizio top dall’inizio alla fine, staff sempre disponibile e sorridente, pronti a venirci incontro su ogni richiesta! Ci hanno fatto fare colazione prima dell’apertura del buffet solo per agevolarci nella partenza! Organizzazione impeccabile, app comodissima per comunicare e fare ogni tipo di richiesta. Camerieri super simpatici così come anche il personale della reception e del tour operator! Anche la SPA super consigliata!
