"Our room (812) hallway had sewer smell and both phone and safe were not working"

The public areas of the property is very nice with beautiful ocean view

The half glass shower partition is useless. Everytime we take a shower, the entire shower and toilet get wet. Room 812 is located is the lower level in a dark hallway and it has a terrible sewer smell. There are too many stairs to climb to get to where we wanted to go. Phone and the safe in room were not working.

"Bella vista panoramica"

Ottima vista sul mare, buone le piscine

in una camera molto grande il letto matrimoniale è posto in angolo : si sale solo da una parte perchè dall'altra c'è il muro e non si può spostare perchè il materasso poggia su muratura....assurdo!

La formule all inclusive était correcte. Le buffet plutôt varié. La petite crique tout près de lhôtel était très agréable.

Le personnel de chambre nous a volé de l’argent dans nos affaires personnelles. Nous avons alerté la direction qui nous ont redirigé vers une autre chambre (upgrade) la femme de ménage a nié les faits or nous avions pris en photo l’argent laissé dans la chambre. Des travaux sont à prévoir dans l’hôtel qui est assez ancien. Le personnel n’est pas agréable du tout.
