Average food and location was very near to the Botanical Garden

1. Breakfast was chargeable and even if you want a Dosa, you still have to pay the price of Buffet which was not informed during check-in 2. Reception people were very rude 3. Wifi details were not provided during Chcek-In 4. Lift is horrible 5. Room heater not available and chargeable which was not informed during Check-In 6. Dining table chairs were broken and not good for sitting 7. Lock in the window doesn't work

staff coordination was good. requested to cook food myself for my baby and management allowed to use kitchen.

rooms not maintained clean. not worth to what they charged. hot water was dirty enough. didnt even repair it after complaining.

Excellent service from all staff starting from Manager to Room boys. Spacious rooms, neat & clean rooms. Restaurant Food is very tasty & delicious. Stay was memorable. Will come again. Will recommend to my friends.

Maintenance of lift is required.
