The nature on the premises.

Pool felt dirty and was worried if it ever got cleaned. Too many mosquitoes, no control devices around. Restaurant was closed, had to spend extra to leave the hotel to get fed. The entire place looks run down. Shampoos and gel was not inviting to use. Place does not have a gate to protect the guest and the door to the room would probably break down if there was a breaking and entering- i had trouble sleeping. The reception guy working seemed lost when I asked him questions. The villa has changed alot and sadly I will not be a returning guest.

Wir haben noch nie einen so schmutzigen Pool gesehen!! Bei 40 Grad ist ein Pool für uns auf Reisen mit Kindern ein Muss - wir sind deshalb direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Anschliessend wurde uns eine Rückerstattung versprochen. Trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalten wir inziwschen keine Antwort mehr von der Unterkunft und haben auch kein Geld zurückerhalten. Die Lage ist ausserdem sehr weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum. Sich zu Fuss zu verpflegen ist nicht möglich. Die Beschreibung / Ausstattung welche versprochen wird, kann dort nicht eingehalten werden. Ausserdem finden wir es nicht in Ordnung, dass man sich nicht mehr bei uns meldet - Wir warten nun seit 5 Wochen auf Antwort und werden nur ignoriert...

The air conditioning was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable, lots of lizards and insects inside the room as the windows did not close fully. Breakfast was also very poor.

Staff all very friendly, breakfast was good - omelette made fresh, tea coffee, toast and cereal as well as bacon and sausages! All covered too so no flys or anything - pool looks murky but actually very clean whilst in regardless of other reviews. also had water filter on top which is always a plus. Area is okay, cheap tuk tuk to centre. Absolutely would stay again

Only negative was that the toilet (i think) was leaking water onto the floor - other than that no issues and nothing a towel didn’t fix

Rock hard bed,Bathroom really loud fan stuck on all night,when I complained after no sleep,nothing was done.No kettle in room had to ask,only coffee supplied ,no milk.One light switch near the door,so have to find the bed in the dark,i bruised my leg on the wooden bed frame.Took 5 minutes to put the bad lock in the door rasp due to badly fitted aluminium door. Huge gaps in door,allowing cockroaches and geckos to join you. They said lunch and dinner available.NO it wasn't as no chef. Swimming pool same colour water as fish pond yuk.
