Poor state of amenities......dysfunctional wifi. Could not even work on the network provided.....had to check out within 3-4 hours of checkin

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast variety.

Our first room was really humid. The bad felt a little wet due to the high humidity and there were signs of mold in the wall. But we were able to switch to another floor with better (but smoking) rooms. The ceiling in the lobby was dripping.

The room was spacious with comfortable bed and clean sheets and bathroom. Best thing was staff. They were courteous and helpful. The food was very good. I would recommend people to just visit the restaurant for food if not staying.

Very good supportive staff. I had an early checkout and the receptionist prepared a small carry on package for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The food is also very good. I had grilled fish and it exceeded my expectations.

Staff was courteous.

The hotel was filthy, with a strange smell, toilets were dirty. Bad maintenance, looks like the management is not spending anything on the hotel. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, more like a 1 star.

I found it to be a fantastic hotel, comfortable, with a great terrace for dinner and a good buffet breakfast.
