"Mal accueilli et Chambre très vétuste pas d’entretien"

Le personnel n’était pas aimable à l’arrivée Nous avons attendu plus de 45 minutes pour avoir la chambre il n’avait pas l’air très pressé.. la chambre était dans un très mauvais état très sale et très vétuste, la climatisation dans la chambre faisait un bruit infernal, toutes les portes vitrées étaient quasiment difficiles à ouvrir et fais énormément de bruit. Il n’y a aucun entretien de fait. Nous avons payé la chambre supérieure supérieure pour avoir une vie sur les rizières. Et bien sûr il n’y avait aucune vue car il n’entretient pas le jardin et des arbres et les herbes avaient poussé devant donc nous n’avons rien vu… une chambre n’avait pas de télé une chambre avec une télé sans Netflix.. je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel et je ne reviendrai jamais!

Great place, we loved our staying If i just have something they can easily improve is to make sure outside areas ( terraces, balconies in private rooms) are as clean as inside. But overall really good!

"Lovely hideaway in Ubud, a short distance from town where you can completely switch off."

The villa was incredible with a gorgeous pool and lovely seperate kitchen area which is a nice bonus The staff are accomodating and friendly and the shuttle into Ubud every 2 hours is very helpful. It’s about a 20-30 min leisurely walk into the centre of Ubud but on a hot day, the shuttle is very welcome! Breakfast is à la carte and has both western and Indonesian options, overall the food is very well prepared and delicious!

The property was well cared for but starting to show areas that require replacement as cleaning is not as effective. The property was not dirty by any means, but wear and tear was visible in some areas. It didn’t affect our stay, however this can be an important factor for others choosing a hotel.
