Friendly, helpful, polite, hardworking staff. Private pool. Big comfy beds. Option for a jacuzzi. Free shuttle car into Ubud and return. Great laundry service

Villa was looking a little tired, worktops stained, doors not closing easily. Only half the pool lights seemed to work. Only one lounger outside for 2 bedroom villa.

"Mooier dan je ooit had durven dromen 😍"

Wij vonden de locatie heel erg fijn. Het was een rustige omgeving en met de GOJEK was je binnen een paar minuten in het centrum. Het was ook heel fijn dat er een supermarkt op 20 meter afstand lag zodat je de koelkast kon vullen met allerlei lekkernijen. De Villa was precies zoals we hadden verwacht en te zien was op de foto's. Er is ook roomservice die er voor zorgde dat je binnen een half uur bediend werd. Zonder extra kosten. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mochten we ooit nog eens terug gaan naar Bali dan zullen wij hier zeker nog een keer verblijven en zeker aanraden. 🥰😍

Zodra je de woonkamer binnen komt en de luxe mooie keuken ziet ben je benieuwd wat er allemaal in zit. Maar toen we in de kasten keken waren ze allemaal leeg. Hooguit 1 steelpan, een snijmes, en dat was het. Stoorde het ons? Nee, hadden we er last van? Zeker niet. Want we waren zeker niet om de sterrenchef uit te hangen. Maar wat praktische dingen zoals extra glazen of wat bestek is niet overbodig. Al met al. Top accomodatie!!! 🥰🤩

Staff gentile, bella vista

Le foto su booking sono probabilmente state fatte appena innaugurata la struttura e da allora le ville non sono state più minimamente curate. Bagno sporco, lenzuola macchiate, rubinetti che ti rimangono in mano, vasca idromassaggio sporchissima e non usabile, odore di muffa e umidità ovunque, niente asciugamani per il viso o per la piscina, solo 2 contati da usare per ogni cosa. Colazione con solamente una pietanza scarsa ordinabile per persona, caffè e Cappuccino non disponibili 3 giorni su 3 nonostante a menu, in generale ville tenute molto male e lontanissime dalle foto pubblicate.

Ubud Resort was very good, offering a natural and peaceful stay. The only thing to note was that, being surrounded by nature, there were quite like ants and geckos. However, overall, the stay was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
