Circle Inn - Hotel & Suites

It is located at the city center where you can easily reached any destination around the area without hassle. The room is quite spacious and since we were at the ground floor, we can only see the parking area and the establishments in front. The breakfast was fair, we liked the danggit and piaya much. We just had a little down with the food selection on our 2nd day because most of it has pork and seafoods wherein we cannot eat. The pool is the best place in the hotel. It was so much fun staying and swimming at the pool. The pool is so clean, nice and big. Also it is not that deep - good for someone who doesn't know how to swim. We would like to commend the guard on duty during our stay, he is so good at his job and he is even doing beyond his job description. He was so kind to us and helpful and he even lent us a big umbrella when we want to go to 7-11 during a heavy rain. The management should be proud to have a Security Guard such as him.

I had some quite discussion with the staffs regarding my booking a couple of days prior to our check-in. Good thing, they resolved it quickly and they apologised. Some of the staffs are not mindful of their job. When we checked in, the staff at the reception area didn;t calculate the amount that we supposed to pay correctly. The following day, we hanged a sign outside our door to have our room clean and make up because we went out quite early at around 9AM. We went back to the hotel at around 3PM and our room is still a mess!!! We let the staff know and she said she didn't see the sign and wants us to be out in the room again so she can clean! we are a bit drained and exhausted that day and we told her that it is not our fault why she didn't clean our room. So she just sweep slightly the floor, took the trash bin, change the towels and then she left. A minute later, another staff (who is a male) just handed us some coffee, tea and sugar. Maybe they will be vigilant and be mindful next time. The peak season is not the reason. Also, the water in the shower is not that strong at room 108.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, which weren't disturbing at all, but I stayed for one night only and it was a Sunday, so no work was done. When I checked out on a Monday morning, some workers arrived with scaffolding. The work centers around the foyer ceiling. So no complaints whilst I was staying! But I do hope the hotel can upgrade, at the same time, their WIFI, as in the room I stayed in, the WIFI was quite shoddy, cutting out many times and at times for longer periods of time.
