Very good Staff. Overall stay , I was happy with. The morning breakfast was served with love and personal touch, besides it being delicious. Hotel helped me keep my baggage for some time while i was away and yet to check-in. Checkin process and check was hassle free.

Possible a little early check in facility, even if at some charge, will make this hotel top choice.

the staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. a new restaurant was opened up the day we got there and it was really nice.

I don't have anything else to compare it to as it was our first time in India but it was quite old and didn't match the pictures. the floor was also quite dirty

Single beds are too small and uncomfortable.

The staff are unprofessional and charges 2500 rupees for old bedsheet which had discolored because of our dress .. they told us there is no booking available when we went for checkin and rudely behaved with us . Overall dissatisfied with the staff and hotel atmosphere .. we really regretted for choosing this hotel .. we felt that they don't want to give us rooms .. even if they told that the checkin in 12 pm ..we got our room after 2 pm even asking them several times . There was no waiting space and we felt do uncomfortable 😣 ..

Breakfast was nice , the staff were very friendly ,,, the hotel is ideally located not too far from the Marina beach, the MA Chidambaram Stadium and just opposite the TTDC Triplicane office ....

The WIFI did not work in the night on the day I was there ,,
