I arrived with bag and baggage for a wonderful stay but was very disappointed. I had booked on line thru Hotels.com seeing the beautiful front view of the hotel and the room with a double bed and a single bed and balcony as I had my husband and 17y old child with me. What I got upon arriving thru an alley poor road condition -full of potholes was a room with double bed and no balcony they were willing to place a mattress on the floor. When I explained to them they were false advertising they agreed to put me in another hotel - a cheap sister hotel but with the extra bed no balcony. I accepted that as it was my last day in Mysore.

Safety, friendly staff, rather clean, spacious room and bathroom, flat TV with international chanels.

Theres no hotel attached to it. Moreover when we booked through Hotels.com it doesnt book the hotel room withspecified number. this is cause of gr8 inconvience as the hotel staff may shift you to any room. Moreover the approach road is under construction. Well food ordered through was not of good quality. Although room were well maintained.

It is a good hotel in terms of overall cleanliness. But no restaurant attached with the hotel & the place is inside a narrow lane and not on main road. Thus, if you are having a vehicle, it might be little inconvenient. Overall, if you just wish to stay, it is a good hotel for everyone including families.
