Pousada El Parador

Location was very good. One block from the main street - Rua das Pedras.

The room was awful! I stayed with my husband and 2 boys in a room that was small. They tried to fit extra beds and called the room Superior. Every was old or in a bed condition. I asked to changed the room, and they offered me to change only next day. Next day I asked to see if was worth the trouble, the other room was a bit bigger, but old and no direct lights. January is a high season in Buzios, and they take advantage of guests. Paid an abused and absurd value for my stay.

Basically nothing... The pictures don't show the reality. Horrible bedrooms with furniture falling apart.

We had to change rooms 4 times in 2 days. All places are falling apart.. We stayed in Búzios 3 nights and we spent the first 2 days fighting the hotel. Horrible experience. The mattress was falling apart and collapsed . I posted the pictures of the mattress

Chuveiro sem água, não consegui um dia usar o wi-fi, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento dos funcionários maravilhoso.

Great location, the staff were lovely, rooms on the smaller side but cleaned every day.

Breakfast was a little monotonous after 5 days

Ruim,péssima! A acomodação muito ruim, piso encardido, banheiro com espelho rachado, pia trincada,cheiro de mofo. A única coisa que salvou foi a localização e o café da manhã. Nota 10 para os ovos mexidos, não se encontra com tanta qualidade pelos hotéis por aí. Pousada mal cuidada! Vejam as fotos.

This place has slipped in quality since the last two visits… they also charge for parking now $20 per night! Breakfast is average, won’t stay again.

A pousada é bem localizada, fica a 50/100 metros da rua das Pedras, a localização é excelente!!! O café da manhã é bom, tem frutas, pão fresquinho!!! A limpeza deixa a desejar, o banheiro a limpeza é meia boca, as fugas dos revestimentos muito amarelada, na minha pia tinha um montinho de cupim que caiu do espelho, e as toalhas tb amareladas, muito encardidas!É uma pena, com um pouco de capricho a pousada poderia ser nota 10!Alguns pontos da área comum tem móveis quebrados, cortinas feias, precisa dar um retoque e já muda aparência!!!

Pousada bem localizada com ótimo custo benefício.
