Please note that reception opening hours vary. Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly asked to contact the hotel in advance. Contact details are found in the booking confirmation. Please note that check-in starts at 15:00. Early check-in is not allowed by the property. After booking, the property may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport prior to check-in to secure the reservation. Park Hotell requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in. This property does not accept prepaid credit cards. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if traveling as part of a family.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
