"Breakfast fraud"

Booked a room good for 5 pax. Reception staff named Keinth insisted that free breakfast is only for 2 pax and I have to pay for the other 3 pax. Told the staff that 5 free breakfasts were included when I booked. Staff insisted and asking for proof. Glad i have a screenshot otherwise they would have made us pay what was paid already. What a fraudulent scam!!!
