I lost a jacket that I am certain I left hanging inside the room. However, I was told it was allegedly found in a public area. I had requested room service that day.

I like the location. Away from the city but not that far.

Buffet is good but I suggest to have the food replenished (for a late riser like me) until the end of the breakfast (10 AM). 😅

the floor inside the room was not mopped enough and there was no aircon.I understand we're Baguio,still there should be an option instead

We loved the breakfast. Hotel Elizabeth was always our hotel.

One of the staff members was unhelpful when we requested to be transferred to another room similar to the one we were assigned but with a better view. Instead of assisting us with our request or simply informing us that she would check for available options, she immediately responded that they needed to prioritize incoming guests who had yet to check in. We found this disappointing because we had already checked in and were on our second day of our stay. We expected that our request, if feasible, would at least be considered before prioritizing guests who had not yet arrived. While we understand that room availability may be limited, we would have appreciated a more accommodating and service-oriented response rather than an immediate dismissal of our request.

Resto staff was kind and helpful Guards were amazingly helpful, consistent greetings.
