The hotel is in a really good location, in the quieter and greener part of Baguio, with historic places nearby and good restaurants too. The hotel room is nice, clean, and spacious.

"Disappoinment."

Water pressure was good

Staff (Grace and assistant front desk manager) was rude. And could not manually override my booking when I explained that I accidentally booked 2 rooms and still charged me an extra room, making my bill cost twice the amount that it should be.
