"A very conveniently located hotel with many food options, facilities and transport nearby."

The hotel is within a convenient location - 5 minutes walk to closest train station. It is also a 5 minute walk to Wanka Mall with smaller stores around the hotel itself. I enjoyed the breakfast with its large selection.

Would appreciate if the guest floors had slightly brighter lighting.

"Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location"

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The lobby is luxurious and welcoming, and I appreciated the complimentary tea provided there. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was satisfying each morning. One of the best features is the location — the hotel is right next to a shopping mall, which is extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

"Horrible front desk manager"

The front desk manager was opinionated, not as polite as he should be. The room was very dark and dim. Not recommend it at all
