Abdul was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. One of the showers was brilliant. Breakfast brought to you everyday at whatever time you wanted, had pastries (which weren’t fresh but were ok) Moroccan pancakes, yoghurts, coffee, tea etc. there was a carrefour nearby and a boulangerie that had a great menu for westerners.

Our first apartment we were in, we couldn’t lock the patio doors. Abdul said it was fine as you have electric shutters, which you can just lift up from outside. So after some persuasion we shifted apartment to a smaller one and it had the same issue with the doors and windows but you couldn’t lift those shutters. So felt more secure. The properties are not just next to the rotana golf course, they are a 3-4 minute drive. I was expecting to be able to walk to the course. The check in felt a little odd, we wandered downstairs to an office in a cellar basically, as a woman I didn’t feel safe. Other little things, the tv is far from the sofas, so couldn’t really relax in the evening watching tv, as couldn’t see it from so far. All in all the property is dated, the pictures were taken maybe a few years ago and nothing has been updated.

- die Unterkunft war nicht da, wo es bei booking angegeben ist (auf der anderen straßenseite, 20 min zu fuß entfernt von da, wo es angeblich ist) - es ist eine ferienwohnung, kein Apartment in einem hotel, kein Frühstück, kein Pool - Ausstattung etwas veraltet - ein von 2 bädern etwas kaputt: duschkopf abgebrochen (wurde aber sofort repariert), wasser lief dennoch ab, wasser aus der toilettenspülung läuft auf den Boden - Kühlschrank tropft auf den Boden

The apartment was great Aircon worked well. The nearby restaurant was terrible great prices.

We did not find the swimming pool a little disappointed that the pool was set for the compound not what we expected.
