The idea behind amenities were good and pool idea was awesome.

The pictures and information are not clear, we had booked suites as per photos and was expecting pool view from window. Plus I had a telephonic conversation and the guy agreed to have a pool view, after reaching property it was entirely different. The rooms were having stinky smell and water leakage from the ceiling and walls. Overall the price is not justified and rooms are not maintained.

"A debfinite stay in Lonavala…value for Money…"

The property was clean and neat. We had booked the economy rooms, which were decent. Next time we will be booking the Lagoon Vilas a must stay… The live singing was a bonus… One thing I would like to mention, I have had Mocha in lots of places in India or abroad, the Mocha here was one of the best I had, ordered twice… Keep it up Chef Manas!!!

Entry to Cafe Turf from reception side was muddy, I understand due to rains, but could have kept better
