We were upgraded to a beachfront room, excellent pool and gorgeous gardens. Lovely buffet for breakfast with caring and exceptional staff. Loved every minute, especially the free yoga on the lawn.

The happy hour at the bar - 3 for 2?? Should be 2 for 1.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and everything is clearly well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is excellent. What really made our experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also really appreciated their flexibility and understanding when our flight was cancelled. They handled the situation with great professionalism and helped make a stressful situation much easier for us. Small details like the attention to guests, the warm attitude of the team, and the overall level of service made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely love to come back again.
