Nice and friendly staff front desk staff. Cosy and clean environment Buffet breakfast spread - not much of choices. Ordered "medium" cooked steak but received at "well done" cooked steak :(

The hotel staffs were great! However, checked in with missing towels and a hair dryer. The amenities provided could be further improved in terms of quality and functionality. If you are someone who is not so particular, it was a pretty clean and had a pleasant stay.

"Truly five star hotel stay!"

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel, living up to its name of a five star hotel. Great hospitality and its spa service was indulging. Loved the facial which left a glow on my face like never before! Definitely come back for Grand Aston if I ever return to Jogja!
