"ac stopped working in the middle of the night and they did nothing to address it. we had to get mattresses and sleep on"

Struttura pulita, personale gentile. Manca ascensore, noi eravamo al secondo piano e per mio papà non più giovane è stato un po’ faticoso.

Abbastanza deluso. Un buon hotel ma di certo non un 4*deluxe come da loro presentazione. Camera con mobili datati, bagno minuscolo, tapparella bloccata, serramenti non particolarmente isolanti, Sky non presente. Assente l'ascensore. Colazione discreta. Complice il Covid, sicuramente non tutta la struttura era sfruttabile, ma questo non può andare a discapito della valutazione. Da ristrutturare.

"Awoid it!"

We were 2 couples that picked this hotel most because it was very hot wether and it said, "the hotel had a pool", but no, the pool was a community Outdoor pool, about one kilometer from the hotell, and a fee of 8 euro?! It is a missleading destruktion of the hotel. The internet was pool, so was the AC and the Staff was bored, awoid!
