Parking Assistance: The initial guard was exceptionally helpful, guiding us to the parking area and immediately calling the parking staff to assist us, ensuring a smooth arrival. Quick Service: The receptionist was quick and efficient in calling the housekeeping staff right away to fulfill our request for an extra bed. Prompt Bell Service: The service attendants were quick and efficient in carrying our luggage to our room upon arrival and back to the lobby when we departed. Quality Kitchen Service: The kitchen staff delivered our breakfast to our room, ensuring it was served hot and yummy.

Poor TV Signal: The television signal in the room was quite poor/intermittent. Fairly Poor Internet Signal: The internet connection was also fairly poor, which made working or streaming a bit challenging at times.

just the security guards helping with the door and suitcases

no fridge when i arrive bottom of sink leaking non stop once i started using the water in the bathroom they didn’t service my room when i asked as i didn’t leave my key.. so for 5 hours i was out hoping when i came back its fine, no it wasn’t so i needed to go out again for them to clean my room they said their spare key is not working - unacceptable do i checked out earlier .. 3 nights earlier
