KTDC Tea County Munnar

Certainly it is located at a very good location, the behavior of the resort staff is very friendly and accommodating but the staff in the restaurant is very lazy in nature, their behavior is also not good, apart from this the service is also lacking, there is lack of dedication towards work,

If you want to experience luxury in an old world setting this is definitely the place to stay. KTDC manages the property so well, and the staff's attention to detail is very much noticed and appreciated. When you go, do visit their Ayurvedic spa and spend some time getting a massage. It is fully worth it, and the Akka in charge is very professional and skilled. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Munnar

Family traveller, Booked Two rooms on 28 March 2025. No buffet dinner, reason told by the staff is less number of guests(This is the common reason told by all the resorts). I was expecting larger area.

It was a nice experience throughout our stay at Tea County.. Neat and spacious room along with balcony in Premium Room. Awesome food especially the Breakfast.. It was finger licking, i recommended to all to have it. You never miss the their SPA and Ayuvedic Treatment, he has magical hand... I really enjoyed my days in Tea County... Thank You KTDC☺️

The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices for all! I tried almost all and it was outstanding and Chef Anis was there at all times and interact with all guests by visiting all the table! The staff were amazing and very helpful!

We had a great 3 night stay at Tea County. The hotel is in a lovely location and just a short (but hilly!) walk from the centre of Munnar. Our room was very spacious and immaculately kept. The gardens are fabulous with many beautiful plants and are very highly maintained. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They organised a car and excellent driver to take us around the tea plantations and tea factory. Breakfast was plentiful, but we would have liked more fruit options. There was only papaya each day. We can highly recommend Tea County if you are staying in Munnat.

Great location. Short (but hilly) walk into the centre of Munnar. Very attractive properties set in beautifully maintained gardens. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Reception staff were able to arrange a car/driver to take us on a tour of the tea plantations and other places of interest.
