Service staff are very helpful, cordial and always prompt.

Everything was great. I stayed for 25 nights and enjoyed it very much. The only thing I found that was not so good was the lighting in the bathroom. It needs to be brighter which would make it easier when I shaved.

Carpet in the room smells bad. Bath tub height is safety hazard.

the room they gave us is on the 4th floor, you can here outside noise through their closed windows. its in a wing i think that they are renovating... anyway, the room has a very musty dusty smell from the carpet even if the carpet seems to be new. i had to wear a mask while sleeping otherwise i felt like i was going to have asthma attacks. the bed sheets are kinda rough and a bit itchy and the refrigerator was not working on our 1st day...In fairness, the housekeeping did fix all the complaints after i called their attention,but the carpet smell is still there. . All staff are very polite and respectful though.

The staff and room-were nice. Their buffet breakfast was really good.

all the staff are friendly, clean room but there was a smell which we believe coming from there ventilation. there treadmill is loud.

Resizable price,all staff’s is good and I love the foods, but one thing! They don’t have chairs or sofa at the lobby while waiting our check in

Our room were not properly cleaned. Alot of hairs on the washroom floor, dusty night stand and visible smudges on the writing desk and AC unit os not working well.The gym facility is terrible it took them 20mins to open the gym. The sinulog sound is very disturbing as early as 7am. For heaven sake! WHY do you have to do that? Im a sinulog devotee but what you are doing is wrong... you could have just keep it at the lobby not in every floor. Totally disturbing and totally wrong! One thing i like about the hotel is the room is very spacious and that's it, nothing more....

I like the location, cleanliness and the honest smile of the staff. After a long travel, we had a good rest sleeping on the most comfortable bed, pillows and soft linens. We also love the buffet breakfast. Dinner was delicious with a live music. We will highly recommend hotel Elizabeth Cebu to our friends and family...
