Staff were rude. Staff were not aware of the pet staying with me. I was checked in and then told i needed to change rooms two days later to a "pet friendly" room which was bigger and more satisfactory. The staff have no understanding of disability and service animals.

My recent visit was my second visit and I love how the staff are always lovely. The room are well set outland clean. Close to everything I needed.

My only thing i have found both times is; I like to have my phone beside the bed of a night and u have to move the bed forward to access a PowerPoint, resulting in the bed not being able to be pushed back all the way and therefore pillows falling down between the bed and wall.
