"Уютный отель в самом центре"

По-домашнему уютный отель. В номере чисто, очень понравилась стилизация под старину. Рядом одна из центральных станций метро, множество магазинов и ресторанов. В целом тихо, но слышимость в номерах, к сожалению, хорошая. Персонал заботливый и доброжелательный.

"Прекрасный тематический отель"

Все понравилось за исключением одного момента. Оплата проживания была произведена за 1.5 месяца до заселения. Администратор пыталась заставить нас оплатить проживание на месте, на наши уверения в том, что проживание оплачено она растерялась и долго договаривалась со службой бронирования. На деле оказалось, что отель просто должен был предоставить в банк документы, подтверждающие наш заезд в отель - стандартная процедура. Но администратор почему-то об этом не знала... то ли новенькая, то ли не соображает. после моего звонка в банк и объяснения ей всех необходимых действий со стороны отеля все вопросы отпали.

"хорошее решение за небольшие деньги"

В отеле все хорошо, не к чему придраться. отличное расположение (рядом с метро) и персонал отзывчивый и чистота и атмосфера, одно большое "но" это запах канализации в душевой комнате.

Останавливались в отеле на две ночи с сыном. Отель расположен очень удобно, недалеко от Московского вокзала(5 минут пешком), рядом с метро площадь Восстания. Отельчик уютный, приветливый персонал, комнаты небольшие, но чистенькие.Понравилось оформление и комнат, и холла, и кухни.Все очень стильно.Так что проживанием остались довольны.
