The room without AC and old. I don't like it based on my minimun expectation. Luckily I just stayed for a night. If u are on budget trip, this guesthouse will be ur selection.
There were some inconveniences like stretch stears and not elevator.

This is an OK stay. The front desk guy is nice and helpful. The location is great.
It was terrible. There is no elevators. Stairs were steep. Stay away from this dump
We arrived at night. The hotel acknowledged they got Expedia's money but failed to make our reservation. We were offered a 3 bed room on the 4th floor with 2 fans and no elevator. It was in the 90-s and the walkup killed me. We ended up at City Inn another of the owners hotels for another 200euros. . It had an elevator and air conditioning but no other amenities and not as good a location. While not BAD it was the worst property in our 20 day stay for same or more cost.
Close to all the historical sites. Friendly staff and helpful.

The biggest problem was my room was 4 stories up and the stairs were very difficult to climb. In addition a bell to call someone to the open the front door was off to the side and wasn't clealy marked.
Great location, it is the perfect place if you are staying a few days in Lisbon and you want to be in a prime location
