Stunning location, wonderful staff and hosts. Excellent food and well run activities.

This beach front resort is absolutely beautiful. Ana greeted us warmly at the reception desk. Our room was very spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It was nice to have breakfast and lunch included in the price. We appreciated having the opportunity to change the set menu for dinner if we wanted. The Masai security workers deterred solicitors while lounging on the beach at the resort. I highly recommend this resort.

A lovely place. Quiet and very well organised.

Food was excellent - each course of each meal each day felt like it was prepared by a master chef - with the best and freshest ingredients and lots of though put into the menu options, with flexibility as well, where you can change the menu courses according to what you wish for each day. Staff was excellent and catered for our every whim, in fact all activities that we requested were provided with minimal effort, through a simple phone call - we did private Safari Blue experience, with snorkeling, Stone Town Tours and Prison Island with transfers from the hotel in airconditioned spacious vehicles by only requesting once - all transfers and requests were dealt with by staff extremely quickly and effectively - in fact, any requests we had were catered for excellently, we felt spoiled.

No burgers or pizza on the menu. Aircons in rooms can be less effective than expected, causing some discomfort. TV signal and wifi connectivity signal in my room not the best - TV a bit blurry and wifi quite patchy.

Higher prices in bar&restaurant in comparison to other resorts - even though both food and beverages is great.
