The property was cosy, rooms were lovely and really clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable accommodation, a little quirky but suited us fine. A lovely warm welcome from our hosts. Good secure parking. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

everything was great, the car was safely parked behind electric gates, Susan was very welcoming, this is a great place to stay,bedroom was spotless and very comfortable.Breakfast was a treat, freshly cooked and very tasty, will definitely be returning.

The proprietor, Susan, very helpful and friendly. Room was ready for me on arrival, had 2 armchairs, a welcome bar of chocolate, some biscuits and a well stocked hot drinks tray plus fast boiling kettle. Bed extremely comfortable. Loved that I could open the windows for fresh air as the room was warm even though the radiator was off. Extension lead by the bed made my life easier as I could plug in my phone etc. en-suite with wash basin, toilet & shower plus body wash, shampoo, tissues, make up remover flannel & soap. Wi-fi was good and a necessity as only appeared to be 3g signal inside the building. Lovely and quiet. There is a smoking shelter outside which is a thoughtful addition. Secure parking behind remote controlled gates. Breakfast-what can I say-excellent. Freshly cooked and can have cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, full English or continental breakfast. Real coffee. If I could give higher than 10/10 I would. I will definitely return again next time I’m in the area

Lots of choices for breakfast, very comfortable bed and clean room-bathroom, hosts couldn’t do enough for you, we would highly recommend the post house

The breakfast was of high quality, freshly cooked and offered a wide choice of items. The hostess, Susan, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The Royal Mail delivery office next door (on our side of the building) was a little noisy from about 7:00am, which may be early for some. It didn’t bother us and we noticed it particularly because we had slept with the window open.

A lovely clean, homely property, beautiful inside and out, coukd quite imagine on a summers day sitting under the gazebo and chilling at the end of a long day, or in the lounge. Bedroom was ample with wonderful ensuite, all amenities provided. Susan was a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend.
