Geheel kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Tuin, kozijnen etc. Geen normale stoel op de kamer.

Eines der besten B&Bs, die wir je besucht haben. Sehr liebevoll renovierte Räume in einem historischen alten Haus, super freundliche Gastgeber (Katzen inklusive).Wir werden wieder kommen und länger bleiben.

Centrally located in Lynton close to the lift to Lynmouth. Friendly host, excellent breakfast and nice, clean room.

The property was fine, hot but what can you do in 30 degree heat? Lynton was very quiet but Lynmouth was lovely.

We liked its location in the centre of Lynton and walking distance to railway funicular. Parking was easy, right outside due to Sunday activity. Maria was friendly and helpful, keen to provide great service. The room was decorated very tastefully with lovely peacock wallpaper , matching accessories and a view of the village. The bathroom was good. Our breakfast was lovely, a compote followed by a cooked breakfast with good choices in a lovely breakfast room. Once again great wallpaper which we loved. We dined next door at the Crown hotel which was very nice.

We loved the french style room, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day's walk. Our hosts made us and our dog very welcome, and even went above and beyond and took us to Barnstaple train station when public transport was failing us. Breakfast was good, with a humongous sausage, and even one for gizmo (our dog) Thank you Maria and Clive.

Maria was very welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great and the pack-up fabulous 🤩

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Maria ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um ihre Gäste. Das Zimmer war gross genug, nur das Badezimmer war sehr klein.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu weich. Leider herrrschten bei unserem Besuch extreme Temperaturen, daher war es im Zimmer unerträglich heiss.
