Location and really lovely staff. Bedrooms are small but lovely

Bedrooms were clean enough but could be better (just a little more attention to detail required)

Breakfast was very good. Hotel is in excellent location Room was clean, nice decor and comfortable.

Stairways and passageways could do with a facelift.

Great area to stay in the centre of Llangollen.

The room was very small Staff did not advise on arrival if you wanted to eat evening meal with themselves you would need to book a table. Did not have any availability Saturday evening very disappointed especially as we had travelled with our two dogs and didn’t want to go out in the evening after being out all day. Did not see many staff to ask any questions you may have. Also no check in area just checked in at the bar with a bar person.

The hotel is in a great location, really central. The room was lovely and clean, and nicely decorated. All of the staff were really friendly. Good breakfast too!

Everything great, clean, food good quality, friendly and nice atmosphere. Nice residents and staff. Would definitely return.
