Convenient location, comfortable beds and clean room. Staff are polite and friendly. I have booked this accommodation in the past and will book again when we are working the area. I would recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

My daughter booked this for Mother’s Day meal We’d been before a few times and that last time we were really disappointed but we’d been told it was under new management so thought it would be better but no we were disappointed yet again We had a carvery but when we went to get it there was no mashed potatoes then was told this has to be pre_ordered which wasn’t mentioned to us when we ordered. You are only allowed 2 roast potatoes which was ridiculous when there’s no other potato option either mash or boiled. The beef was really dry and overdone overall the carvery was below average 2 had the smashed burger but one didn’t eat it apart from one bite, they said it wasn’t a smashed burger just a bog standard burger. Not once did anyone come over to Ask if everything was ok. I know it was really busy but you should ensure you have sufficient staff to cover. We then sat for 25 mins waiting for someone to come and take our plates away and ask if we wanted desert. We were looking forward to desert as the cheesecake other customers had ordered looked lovely but after nearly 30 mins waiting we just decided to pay up and go home. We did try and attract the attention of a staff member but nobody even looked in our direction. My daughter had to go and find a member of staff so we could pay and leave. Was looking forward to coming back but I’m sorry but wish we hadn’t bothered.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere sports on a big tv and all round a welcoming place.Prices are ok and food is great
