La simpatía del personal de recepción es lo mejor, vaya personas más amables, dispuestas a ayudarte en todo

Instalaciones viejas, no limpian, solo hacen las camas, el gel de baño está aguado, los baños huelen a tuberías, las camas horribles, el ascensor cada vez que se usaba había que cruzar los dedos, etc etc
