Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, très bon buffet du petit déjeuner.

Good installation, clean.

Rude staff at the front desk and customer service, poor administrative and management, they don't recognize reservations from popular app like Klook or booking, almost got kicked out due to their poor management quality.

로비 분위기나 직원의 친절도는 괜찮았습니다.

로비까지만 정상이었습니다. 객실층에 도착하자마자 바로 심각하게 잘못되었다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 복도 전체에 퀘퀘한 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을 해서 충격이었습니다. 객실은 한 십 수년 전에 갔던 좋지 않은 모텔 정도의 느낌이었고(침대 옆에 유리를 사이에 두고 샤워욕조인데 실루엣이 비치는 구조;;) 가장 불편했던 것은 침대 매트리스가 저질이라 옆사람이 조금만 움직여도 침대 전체가 다 울려서 밤새 잠을 제대로 못잤습니다. 층간소음도 심해서 불편했습니다. 요즘에 모텔도 이것 보다는 편안할 것 같은데.. 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

The hotel is near my house and is a decent price. I have used them in the past when I have visitors.

My parents had some issues getting into the high bathtub. We told them we understand if there aren't any other rooms available, but in the future for booking are there options for a shower instead of a bathtub. The woman said there are no showers in any rooms because their customers prefer tubs. We had already had another booking the following week and we were shocked when we checked into that room it had a shower. For no reason the staff lied about rooms having showers. It was just bizare since we weren't even asking to move rooms just for our future bookings. Pretty bad experience, but besides that the hotel is decent and the price is good.
