Guruprerna Beacon Resort, Dwarka

This was a good establishment, efficiently run and well located. Food and in room services were extremely prompt and quality exemplary. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mritunjoy Chatterjee for his support at reception and clear guidance regarding the places of visit and temples of worship nearby. Will visit again if in Dwarka.

Very poor pathetic service They didn't even provide water on time for my mother to have medicines on time I had to call 4-5 times to get a bottle of water and still had to go down to collect it myself I got a bottle of water which had particles in it. Dirty Toilets, Dirty Towels as well The restaurant is very expensive for a very decent quality food.

Breakfast had no food left to replenish. Only one staff in breakfast room was unable to manage. Our room had no basin in the toilet to wash hands. Pillow covers were dirty. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Location of the hotel, food quality, cleanliness, amenities provided. Overall the hotel is of high quality. Staff were well behaved and prompt. Located just near to main market and Dwarkadish Temple. And the stay at the hotel was comforting and relaxing.

Slippers were not provided, hand and face towels were not provided.

Room service menu needs better clarity. Eg Parathas are served with dahi and pickle. You don’t charge separately for dahi if so mention clearly.

Vicinity to various visit places

Location, knowledgeable staff, food, cleanliness, everything was value for money. Only thing is they can include Gujarati thali in menu since it's that area's speciality.

Ordinary breakfast. nothing great.

In fact they didn't pack any breakfast for us as we were leaving early to catch a train. we requested them to pack something, as we couldn't take breakfast that day. but they told it will be charged extra.
