The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was near retail and restaurants. Overall the hotel was clean.

The room was outdated and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It seemed as if they attempted to put a mattress pad over an old mattress.

"Paid too much for what I received"

It was isolated and I wasn’t able to get my sweet. I tried to get in touch with Booking.com to resolve the issue, but of course when I got in touch with a representative, I was told to wait a couple of days so I paid for a suite that I did not get and I was not able to use the $50 coupon with Booking.com

Not being able to get the suite that I wanted and not being able to get the free breakfast that I was promised and also not being able to use my Hilton rewards

"A good spot to rest your head on a long road trip"

Breakfast was not complimentary like most Hilton Garden Inns but honestly for a long road trip this was an easy stop off the highway and felt safe. Bed was comfortable and the area had lots of food options nearby!

The carpet needs to be replaced it’s disgusting but for the price I don’t think you could get much better! I’ve stayed in much nicer HGIs but compared to the other options in the area I would pick this place every time.
