I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan, Kansas. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Patricia at the front desk. She always had a smile on her face and handled a minor issue with my credit card company with professionalism and kindness, making sure everything stayed on track for a smooth resolution. I also want to highlight Alka, the bartender and waitress, who was incredibly polite and engaging. She shared a bit about her life, which made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend rather than just a guest. Her warmth truly made my stay feel more personal. While every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional, Patricia and Alka stood out and left a lasting impression. I look forward to staying here again.

"Nice staff; uncomfortable room!"

The location was good. The elevators were located close to our room and the lobby.

Our handicap room had a bath tub and not a walk in shower! The walls were not well insulated. There was no ceiling fan in the restroom. There was only one chair, no sofa, and one desk chair. Not comfortable! The bed was king size which was nice. The pillows were worn out! The shower controls were confusing!!!
