Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport/Bossier City at Airline Drive

All good

Front desk was nice. Hotel was dirty (mud from guests everywhere). Room smelled bad. Breakfast was terrible. 7am and the coffee was cold. Breakfast foods were jnedible. What a disappointment.

Ideal location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and both times we have experienced some pretty gross stains. Looked like someone spit a loogie on the curtain and wiped boogers on the wall. The shower gel dispenser was empty and there was what looked like urine stains on the floor by the toilet. The entry doors to all the rooms have dark stains that looked like garage mechanics frequent this place. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way and opens against the shower door.

When arriving there was nobody at the front desk, at 1am we had to call the manager that was on a business card to figure out what to do. For $217 for this stay I feel like I’m staying in a motel 8 , rooms are out dated, air conditioner filter was dirty and smelly, by far the worst $217 for a night stay.

I think part of the cleanliness is that the hotel is need of some renovation upgrades. It was clean but there were arwas that just didnt seem clean because of what looked like age.
