Primera Hotel Seminyak

The location is convenient for Seminyak and the beach. The hotel provides several water coolers on each floor

Rooms not the cleanest. The linens looked quite dingy and the bed felt like a box spring with a sheet over it. I had to switch hotels after 3 days due to an aching back from the bed

Did not like that buffet breakfast was not kept hot. Not safe also whilst having breakfast was bitten by bugs maybe due to pool nearby

1/ odeurs nauséanbonde au bord de la piscine quand la machinerie fonctionne 2/ l'hotesse d'acceuil m'as fait payer 150.000 rp car il y avait quelques taches de sang sur le drap et l'oreiller 3/ 1 ascenseur sur 2 fonctionne donc attente souvent longue 4/ parking pour mobylettes trop petit , souvent obligé de se garer dans la rue

The property’s location is pretty good for those looking to access Seminyak beach and some markets. Many restaurants on the street also. The bedroom was largely clean and had the basics.

Bathroom featured a crack shower which leaked water onto the floor each time it was used, likely in need of renovation. Speaking of renovations, the room across from mine was being renovated. What this meant was during the day there were banging noises (not great if you’re coming back midday for nap).

I loved the location close to cafes and restaurants. The room was a good size clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

No issues

The location was good. The concierge were friendly.

The outdated bathroom was not clean, and the cleaners never cleaned it during my stay. The whole hotel was not clean. There were no toiletries. Not even handwash. Towels and bed linen and pillows were old and had stains. The pool was not a place anyone would go. It was ugly and had only 2 chairs. I never saw anyone use it. The breakfast dining area was not clean and outdated. Staff were usually on their phones and paid no attention to anything else.
