The villa is very cozy and spacious, located in a very quite area, and not so far from the sea.

We were awakened several times by pretty big animals crawling on the walls outside and being very noisy and scary.

Excellent quiet smaller scale resort to relax after long flight. Pretty garden, good pool, comfortable accomodations. Walkable distances to café, 7-11, massage, laundry (1min), beach or city (10min). Friendly personel.

No facilities/bar in the evening were available during our stay.

Location was quite good.

We decided to leave the hotel after checking in due to the cleanliness. We booked one of the villas & although the pictures looked great, sadly in reality it didn't live up to them. Stains on the sofa, walls, lots of random hair on the bed, smell of mould, damage to wardrobe & patio. Room is in a very big need of a refurb. In addition, upon arriving the check-in wasn't as welcoming in comparison to other hotels that we stayed at during our trip in Thailand. Overall the property is very dated and pictures don't really represent what the rooms look like. We were also surprised to find out that hotel doesn't have a reception 24/7 it definitely felt more like an Airbnb rather than a 4 star hotel.
