Great view and location all the utensils were there if needed to cook , bathrooms were clean

The lip at the entrance of bathroom and toilet dangerous and painful when you hit your toe on it , ants and cockroaches in the place , the kitchen tap broken ,the blinds missing venetians , the couches were dirty and need to be cleaned, garage door very hard to open when closed

Great location, great weather

The unit was clean on the surface, but there was mildew on the pillows, floor mat was very stained & tied with half the beach underneath & of the 3 remotes that were 2 had no batteries & 1 was acid all over the batteries, none worked. Door & wall repairs that were half finished & a dangerous slippery bath that was well Warne.

Harder to get to esplanade than expected Provide basics like salt please Midgies in Harvey Bay😩

Location was great, our room had a view to the marina, apartment layout was great. Staff on arrival were pleasant and helpful. Our apartment had wifi and password available for us to us which was a plus. Kids loved the Lagoon pool.

Foyer/stair area of our "block" stank and the bed in the main bedroom was horrible and we got little sleep. Ensuite bathroom vanity is wobbly and no storage room in there because of the huge blue bowl sink. People were using the pool nearest to us til nearly midnight and were very loud/yelling out. Games room was underwhelming and nothing there for the kids. Car port was an extremely tight squeeze for our 4wd and so many vehicles parked in the no parking areas. Sauna was closed.
