Diamonds Villa

We liked that the property was in a good location only a 10 minute Uber ride and busses right outside

When we arrived we didn’t know the hotel had no staff on site when we booked it. We rang up to be allowed in and they didn’t know the code to get in, we was put on hold for a while then proceeded to give us multiple wrong codes finally we got in. This hotel room was labelled a luxury room this is far from. We went in the kettle had dirt all over it the windows was full of dead flys, there was pubic hair in the bed which we had to move again as no one was on site. The sleep was awful there may as well have been someone standing outside with pans banging them together as there was loud banging metal sounds from the sign hanging right outside our window. When we finally got to sleep we woke up to find there was mold right next to where our 1 year old was sleeping. The paint was stripping from all the walls and there was a socket in the bathroom that was just taped on which again is a massive safety hazard
