Atención excelente; personal suficiente, profesional y amable; las instalaciones con excelente mantenimiento y la comida del restaurante muy rica y a buen precio. La ubicación excelente, se llega caminando al centro de la ciudad caminando. Excelente opción para conocer Xalapa, de turismo o trabajo.

En todo momento te sientes vigilada por la dueña y sus empleados , no puedes introducir ningún alimento ni bebida por qué te mandan a llamar la atención por todo su personal vigilante , al salir salen a escanear literalmente tu habitación sábanas y todo para buscar cobrarte por cualquier mancha o desperfecto . Me gusta apoyar al comercio local y no ir a las grandes cadenas pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo , mi próxima visita en Xalapa será en alguna cadena hotelera , los meseros del desayuno dan un servicio espectacular que te hacen sentir en tu ciudad.

En la habitación no había agua caliente, tuve que llamar para que llegara, salió un ratito caliente y de ahí tibia. Cuando ajuste la regadera, se cayó y me pego (no estaba atornillada), la habitación olía a humedad o viejito, si limpia. El servicio de restaurante es hasta las 10 pm.
