Hotel bonito, elegante, bem localizado, quarto relativamente espaçoso (para os padrões locais). Atendimento gentil.

O check in é muito tarde, às 15 horas. Não gostei do fato de cobrarem por um check in 1 hora e meia antes, mesmo havendo quartos disponíveis e prontos. Talvez seja algo da cultura japonesa relativamente às regras...mas foge muito ao costume internacional de permitir early check in por ortesia e sem custos quando há disponibilidade.

Fantastic location, nice bathrooms, comfortable rooms and beds and friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money. We were only there one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would def recommend if you’re in Matsumoto

部屋は新しくて綺麗且つ快適、朝食会場は歴史ある建物で格調高く且つ綺麗でとても気持ち良く滞在出来ました。朝食も美味しかったです。周囲に食事場所も多く、晩ご飯には困りませんでした。

ホテル内のレストランは夜の営業は無い様子でした。
