設備は古いと思うが清潔でした。 高層階だったので景色は良かった。

部屋の窓が開かない。 浴室にも換気扇すら付いてないと思うので臭いがこもってとにかく不快でした。

The Terrace restaurant downstairs is awesome!! From the food, view, services, concepts etc Our room was spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful and nice. We have been staying at the other hotel in the chain, so we get a little discount from being members 🙏 We will definitely use the services again!

Three options of breakfast were really nice!

The light is poorly lit. We met a staff at front desk and tried to ask him about parking. However, when he listened to English, he reacted nervously and kept repeating "no English, only Japanese". In my opinion, staffs at front desk should be capable of communicating with foreigners or, at least, he could find other colleagues to help us.
