Always warm and friendly greeting from Margita on my 4th stay, beautifully appointed room as usual, fantastic location to walk into emsworth, easy access to the whole south coast via train or bus. Gated estate, can relax and leave you car in the private hotel car park. Great spot, great host. Can’t fault it.

The room and facilities provided more than matched my expectations. The quality of furnishings, en suite shower and a stocked fridge surpass many hotels I have stayed in…both home and abroad. There is nothing, in my opinion that can faulted with this accommodation. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this area.
