Superb in every way. Great, friendly host; lovely welcome. Accommodation is is exceptional - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great en suite with a wonderful shower. And a superb breakfast. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Emsworth village. Highly recommended. Would certainly stay here again. Possibly THE place to stay in Emsworth.

This is property is a very secluded gated community within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants and other facilities. The room and provisions provided are of a very high quality and the room is comfortably maintained. Margita was very accommodating in relation to our breakfast requirements which were beautifully presented and delicious.

My wife is petite and the only aspect that she found a little intimidating were the exuberant resident dogs, although to most people, and dog lovers in particular, they would not be an issue. It would not dissuade us from staying here again.

Just everything: the owner was so attentive, the room had everything I needed and breakfast was delicious and an absolute work of art! The private patio was a nice place to sit in peace at the end of the day!

Beautiful house in nice location. Beautiful interior, and attractive surrounds. Quiet except for the traffic on the nearby main road.

Really clean bedroom, decent size, bathroom was lovely and clean with the basics provided Room supplied with tea and coffee. We paid the £10/15 extra in the morning for breakfast which was amazing. Nice outdoor seating area. We visited as we'd travelled to Goodwood, we will book to stay again when we are next in the area.

Margita was a fabulous host! Loved my stay. Slept so well. House is spotlessly clean and very well secured. I will definitely be returning!

The room was lovely and the bed comfy. The property was easy to find and the owner was very helpful. Breakfast was really nice.
