Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Sunday 9:00-10:00 and 14:00-17:00. All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested prior to the morning closing time. Please note a 2.2% credit card surcharge applies to all transactions and for AMEX is 3% surcharge. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
