Place was decent. Excellent and very friendly staff. 2 water bottles provided which was a nice touch after a big journey. Allowed me to check in early for a fee (fee was almost the price of a room for the night, but I didn’t care). Very good aircon. Taxi to airport was simple via grab. In a weird neighbourhood, go 1km the wrong direction and you’re bombarded - go 1km the other way and it’s full of western places and close to a big shopping centre.

Hotel is located about 10km outside of the tourist spots such as the hostels and bars. That made it quite difficult to get a taxi; tried for 2 hours one night! No fault of the hotel though, just highlighting for other guests. Took 50 mins at 9pm to get into metro Manila. No hairdryer in room. If travelling from Europe, you need a PH adapter - two small pins
